What Do You Get?

If you prefer to buddy up with a friend or family member or two, small group training is a great way to encourage each other whilst working to reach your goals. Sessions will be fun, challenging, and a little bit competitive… 

I will incorporate resistance and cardio to suit everyone’s needs and level. This is also a very cost efficient way of training.

The Small Print

 
  • Payments are accepted via bank transfer only and must be received before the start of your session (or the first session of your bundle).
  • A minimum 24 hours’ notice must be given to cancel or rearrange a session.
  • All online and in-person clients must complete and sign a Consent Form & Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ) prior to starting any training sessions.
  • GP permission may be requested depending on the responses in your questionnaire.
  • Clients must inform me of any health changes prior to any sessions.
  • Packages can be refunded within 7 days of purchase before the first session has been attended.
