I am in the business of helping people live healthier and happier lives. Functional fitness includes strength and resistance training, HIIT and conditioning work, stretching and mobility, postural training, and balance work. You can expect fun, varied Personal Training sessions that improve your body composition, heart health, mood, and stress. The goal is to get you feeling proud and confident in your body.

Breathing is the first and last thing we do in life, yet so many of us overlook it. My fitness coaching incorporates functional breathing work to help you get more out of your workout and accelerate your results. Along the way, you might find these techniques help you sleep better, cope with stress, manage digestive issues, and think more clearly.


My 1-on-1 Personal Training sessions are totally bespoke. I don’t have any preconceived idea of how you should look or feel. My aim is to help you feel fitter, stronger, healthier and happier.
