Personal Training in your Location

How do you want to work with me? I offer 1-on-1 Personal Training sessions, block bookings, small group training, or specialist adventure-challenge training programmes

I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer, registered Boxercise professional, and certified TRX Suspension Fitness professional with lots of specialist qualifications, including functional strength, movement, mobility & stability training.
GP Exercise Referral and Level 4 qualified in Physical Activity and Weight Management for Diabetic clients working alongside a number of private clients.
I am also on the delivery team working with Xyla Health and Wellbeing who is the provider of the new NHS Low Calorie Diet Programme. Patients who are eligible will receive 12 months of support covering nutrition, moving more and lifestyle change for free. Call me to find out more.

What this tells you is that I treat each client as an individual, and select the tools and techniques that will suit you best.


Just bring a mat and towel (ideally one you don’t mind getting a bit dirty). I provide everything else.

My South London outside locations are flexible, please contact me if you have a preferred location.

All equipment is thoroughly cleaned with anti-bacterial products before and after your session.
Hand sanitiser and anti-bacterial cleaning wipes are available during all sessions.
