I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer, registered Boxercise professional, and certified TRX Suspension Fitness professional with lots of specialist qualifications, including functional strength, movement, mobility & stability training.
GP Exercise Referral and Level 4 qualified in Physical Activity and Weight Management for Diabetic clients working alongside a number of private clients.
I am also on the delivery team working with Xyla who is the provider of the NHS Type 2 Diabetes Path to Remission Programme. Patients who are eligible will receive 12 months of support covering nutrition, moving more and lifestyle change for free. Call me to find out more.
